Return Policy

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

Yes, you may exchange or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt or indicate that you intend to do so.
The products and packaging must, if reasonably possible, be unused and undamaged. If the product or packaging is damaged, we may charge costs for depreciation.

 

In order to process your return as smoothly as possible and to ensure that you receive the correct product or your money back as quickly as possible, you can include a note with your name and request with your return.

Make sure that the following points are included:

  • Your name:
  • Your street name & house number:
  • Your zip code & city:
  • Your order number:

Description of the product you are returning & item number:

Reason for return (not mandatory):

The solution you want:
(for example money back or another product)

 

Packages must be returned with sufficient postage.
For unstamped orders, we will charge costs.

When you choose to refund your money, this will happen as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after cancellation! We will refund via the same payment method as the payment was made.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, in addition to the purchase amount, any shipping costs for the outward shipment will also be refunded.
You are responsible for the return costs.

If you have purchased a product that you do not like, do not like, are disappointing or you have ordered the wrong product, you will pay the return costs yourself.

Did we send you a different product than ordered, did something arrive damaged or is it a warranty issue? Please contact our customer service first, via email: webshop@mastermilo.com. They can then send you a shipping label.
